Loss Control Officer (Baker’s Inn)
Company: Baker’s INN Sales & Distribution – Southern Region, Bulawayo.
Position: Loss Control Officer.
Job Responsibilities (Summary): Monitoring operations for security/loss prevention, conducting audits (theft, fraud, inefficiencies), implementing loss prevention strategies (shrinkage, vehicle security), responding to incidents, supervising contracted security, liaising with law enforcement.

A Diploma in Security management or a related qualification.

At least 5 years’ relevant experience; ex-police or military background is an added advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in security systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
