Job Description

 

 

The role involves implementing, tracking, and monitoring the Operations Control capability and framework. The objective is to establish and maintain a robust Operations Control environment across the end-to-end Operations landscape within an assigned team, with a focus on containing losses and minimizing non-financial risk[#].

Qualifications

 

 

• Education: First Degree in Audit, Risk Management, or Business

• Experience:

  • 3-4 years in Operations Control or Operations within banking.

  • Experience with banking operations, systems, processes, policies, and routine standards.

  • Knowledge of banking products and financial services operations.

  • Exposure to industry standards and alignment of control processes.

  • Familiarity with risk and control systems, compliance, and integrated operational risk frameworks.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.

  • Background in IT or understanding of the IT environment is an added advantage
