To coordinate Logistics matters for AECI Mining Zimbabwe using world class standard system.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNT ABILITIES

⦁ STOCK CONTROL: Ensures correct buffers for all stocks and responsible for all products in
the magazines. Ensures FIFO stock rotation and that weekly or monthly cycle counts are done in the magazines.
⦁ BONDED WAREHOUSE: Ensure all stock control of bonded warehouse is in compliance with Zimra requirements.
⦁ PRODUCT DELIVERY: Responsible for timely deliveries of products to all customers.
⦁ PURCHASING : ensures all customer orders have been placed on AELRSA.
⦁ SHE & WORLD CLASS: Explosives magazines are operated according to world class standards; SHE and Q-OTIF.
⦁ MAN POWER DEVELOPMENT : Improvement of subordinates’ capabilities through performance management and training.
COMPETENCIES
⦁ Degree^Diploma in Logistics/Purchasing and Stores Management or proven experience in purchasing and stock management.
⦁ Knowledge of Mining Industry import tariff codes.
⦁ Good inter personal and communication skills.
⦁ Computer literate – Microsoft windows( excel) Minimum; Class 4 drivers’ license
