- Planning, coordinating and overseeing logistics and transport operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Developing and maintaining schedules for the movement of materials and personnel in line with operational requirements.
- Monitoring company vehicles including maintaining accurate vehicle records, inventories and daily inspections checks.
- Monitoring approved work schedules and coordinating logistics teams to ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable transport, customs and logistics requirements.
Requirements
- 5 O’ Levels including Mathematics and English.
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or Transport & Logistics Management or related.
- Minimum of five years’ experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Knowledge of customs clearing procedures and Automated System for Custom’s Data (ASYCUDA).
- Valid Driver’s Licence.
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of the team and manage multiple priorities.
