Responsible for, coordinating, tracking and communicate with pool drivers, brief and debrief pool drivers, monitor fuel consumption of pool vehicles and daily/monthly turnover of the pool vehicles. Any other duties as assigned by the superiors.
Duties And Responsibilities
• Coordinate, control, track and communicate with pool drivers in order to ensure that trips are done line with company standards and requirements.
• Brief and debrief pool drivers with necessary documents and other requirements needed.
• Tracking and monitoring of pool vehicles in transit and submit a daily report.
• Monitoring of daily/ monthly turnover of the pool vehicles and submit a report to the superior.
• Ensuring that the refueling processes and procedures are completed correctly for the pool vehicles fleet.
• Monitoring of fuel consumption per pool vehicle and driving efficiency of the pool drivers.
• Generate relevant report on pool vehicles daily (including location report and yard report)
Qualifications And Experience
• National Diploma in Transport Management or its equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ experience in the same role in the Transport and Logistics Industry.
• Drivers Instructorship certificate.
• Excellent administrative skills.
• Must be computer literate.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills.
