JOB TITLE : Logistics and Loss Control Officer

REPORTS TO : Deputy Provincial Elections Officer

Duties And Responsibilities

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• Reconciling records of election equipment and materials in stock;

• Maintaining inventory of election equipment and materials;

• Carrying out equipment and materials routine checks for availability and functionality;

• Issuing out security and logistic plans;

• Warehousing and maintaining secure custody of election materials and equipment;

• Facilitating secure inbound and outbound material logistics;

• Conducting misconduct and security breach investigations;

• Designing and implementing effective loss control preventative measures and control systems;

• Implementing security standing orders.

• Providing any other support as may be required and expected by the Commission

Qualifications And Experience

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

• Higher National Diploma in Security Training / Purchasing and Supply/ Risk

Management or State Security Training

• 3 years’ relevant experience.
