This is a full-time on-site role for a Lodge Manager, located in Victoria Falls. The Lodge Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service. Responsibilities include managing staff, budgeting, coordinating food & beverage services, and implementing training programs. The role also ensures seamless communication between all departments and upholds the lodge’s commitment to excellence. You are the face of the lodge.

Requirements
- Strong Communication and Guest Service skills
- Experience in Budgeting and Financial Management
- Proficiency in Training and Staff Development
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in luxury lodge management is required
- A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
