•Conducting telephonic follow-ups on participants
•Transcribing follow-up outcomes on Case report forms (CRFs)
•Recommending follow up procedures based on telephonic follow ups
•Updating study coordinators on follow-ups and patient outcomes
•Conduct participant follow-ups throughout the study.
•The position encompasses a multitude of tasks and requires a lively person to communicate with participants and personnel.

Qualifications and Experience

•Registered nurse with a degree/diploma in nursing
•Qualities:
-Excellent communication skills
-Friendly
-The ability to sensitively discuss HIV, TB, Diabetes and related sensitive matters with people of legal age.
-The ability to work under minimal supervision.
