Role Purpose:
We are seeking qualified, experienced, and result driven professional to join our organization as Loans Officers in the following areas: Gwanda, Gweru, Chiredzi, Chegutu
Key Responsibilities
- client acquisition and relationship management
- Assist client with the loan application process
- Credit assessment and apprasail
- Loan approval and disbursement
- loan monitoring and portfolio management
- collections and recovery
- risk management and compliance
- reporting and documentation
- Financial literacy and client education
- teamwork and brand representation
Requirements
- A Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking, Business Management
- Excellent communication and skills
- understanding of risk management and compliance
- basic accounting and financial analysis skills
- strong understanding of lending policies and procedures
