Duties and Responsibilities
Attract clients to access the financial products offered by the organisation
Grow and manage a performing loan book/portfolio
Offer clients financial advice
Conduct credit assessment for potential clients
Qualifications and Experience
Past experience in sales especially shop front and mobilising clients
Past experience in micro-finance is an added advanage
At least 2 years traceable working experience with a reputable organisation
Must be 26 years plus
