Key Responsibilities

  • Loan Processing: Identify potential clients, process loan applications, conduct assessments, prepare loan contracts, and facilitate signing.
  • Marketing Bank Products: Promote bank offerings such as bancassurance, account opening, and MPOS machines; manage client relationships.
  • Loan Repayment: Collect daily loan repayments, serve demand letters for delinquent loans, and monitor loan portfolios.
  • Financial Literacy Training: Educate clients on proposal writing and business management; assist in opening savings accounts.

  • Degree in Banking & Finance or related Business field
  • Minimum of three years’ experience as a Loans Officer in banking or microfinance
