Key Responsibilities

• Seek out right clients that are eligible for a loan
• Increase loans revenue through attaining sales targets
• Effective evaluation of loan applications
• Track and maintain loan and credit information
• If a customer is rejected for a certain amount, they can guide them what the right amount would be for them
• Explaining the financial risks and conduct financial literacy training to all the customers
• They should have good knowledge of Harare informal market
• Effective client retention and marketing
• Effective debt collection

Requirements

• Commercials Degree/Diploma.
• Excellent communications and customer service skills.
• At least 1-year SME lending experience.
• Harare working experience is an added advantage.
• Driver’s licence a MUST.
• Strong attention to detail and a mind for numbers.
