We are looking for a results-driven Loans Officer to be based in Kwekwe who will actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
Duties And Responsibilities
*Present, promote and sell loan products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
*Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
*Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
*Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Qualifications And Experience
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business Studies/Finance/Economics or related field.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in microfinance and marketing sector
• Strong micro finance knowledge
• Highly developed communication.
