Job Summary

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the following positions which have arisen within the Willbey Solutions (Pvt) Ltd.

Reporting to the Branch Supervisor the incumbent will be responsible for screening and processing loan applications in line with the Company’s Credit Policy and Lending Procedures and maintaining a quality Loan Book.

Those who are based in Bulawayo or able to relocate to Bulawayo are encouraged to apply

KEY RESULT AREAS
• Loan application processing.
• Loan disbursement.
• Loan portfolio management.
• Client Relationship Management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Business degree or equivalent.
• Part IOBZ qualification.
• 2 years’ experience in a loan portfolio management environment.
· Experience in SME lending is a must.
