JOB OVERVIEW

Our client, a reputable finance company, is seeking four Loans Officers to join their dynamic team, with one position available in each of the following locations: Hwange, Chiredzi, Mutare, and Gwanda. The successful candidates will play a key role in driving business growth and supporting clients with effective financial solutions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote loan products and attract potential clients through marketing and outreach activities.

• Assess clients’ financial status and loan eligibility in line with company policies.

• Monitor loan performance, follow up on repayments, and prepare monthly reports.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal lending policies.

• Work collaboratively to streamline loan processing and enhance service delivery.

• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard client information.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree or Higher National Diploma in Commercial or Financial studies.

• Knowledge of financial principles and SME lending.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with financial software is a plus.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license is a plus.
