VACANCY
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced person to fill the following vacant post within Rural Electrification Fund. The position is based at Mashonaland East Province in Marondera.
LINE ASSISTANT x 1 POST
Duties and Responsibilities
Assists Linesman in surveying and pegging.
Supervises line workers in way leave clearing and excavations.
Drills and dresses poles.
Erects poles.
Lays conductor.
Strings conductor.
Qualifications and Experience
3 ’O’ Level passes at ‘C or better.
Linesman 1 Certificate.
At least 2 years relevant experience in line construction.
