NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY The University seeks to recruit applicants with requisite skills and experience for the following posts in the Library: – LIBRARY/SENIOR LIBRARY ASSISTANT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: ? Manning the Circulation Desk, ? Shelving Books; ? Cataloguing and Classification using Millennium Software; ? Assisting at the Reference Desk; ? Assisting in Information Literacy Skills Training.
Work/Educational Requirements
Applicants must be in possession of 5 ‘O’ level passes plus National Diploma/Higher National Diploma in Library and Information Science. Preference will be given to candidates with Higher National Diploma in Library and Information Science.
