Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Corporate Secretary in:-
• Coordinating and managing statutory and stakeholder meetings.
• Ensuring compliance with corporate governance, laws, regulations and framework.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and policies.
• Liaising with external Counsel and maintaining the company’s litigation portfolio.
• Organizing and serving Board and Board Committees.
• Reviewing of effective internal controls to ensure compliance.
• Managing the insurance portfolio of the Company.
• Conducting risk assessment and mitigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws Honours Degree
• Member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe
• 5 ‘O’ level subjects including English Language and Mathematics/Accounts
• At least 3 years’ post admission work experience in Corporate governance or legal environment.
• Detail oriented
• Excellent organizational and collaboration skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Professionalism, integrity and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and confidentiality
