Our client, with mining activities in Zimbabwe, is looking for the above position to join their team. The position requires providing routine professional, transactional/administrative services to the Group’s business entities, i.e. Exploration, Mining, Asset Development & Services and Projects. The legal function will also undertake the execution of small to medium sized stand alone projects and thus the suitable candidate would require a “Entrepreneurial Flair”. The Legal Function will handle:
– Management of the Legal Function (both internal and external)
– Commercial
– Corporate
– Title Management

Requirements
– LLB
– Registered Legal Practitioner of the High Court of Zimbabwe
– Registered Estate Administrator
– Registered Insolvency Practitioner
– 5 years’ experience at a similar level, preferably in the mining sector
This opportunity is a full-time position based in Bulawayo with frequent travel to the mines.
