LECTURER TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY
♦ Minimum of 5 O -Levels, including Mathematics, English and a Science subject
♦ National Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality
♦ A higher qualification in Tourism and Hospitality or Degree will be considered an added advantage
♦ Cook Class 1 or Professional Cookery Class 1
♦ A teaching qualification is required.
♦ At least 2 years of teaching or relevant industry experience.
♦ Deliver lectures and practical sessions in Tourism and Hospitality studies
♦ Strong industry knowledge and practical experience.
♦ Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials and assessments.
♦ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
