Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must have a Master’s or Ph.D. in the field of Supply Chain Management /Logistics
Management / Procurement Management/ Transport Management or should be a registered
Ph.D. student.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Procurement/Purchasing
and Supply/Logistics and Transport/ International Purchasing, Logistics and Transport is a
must.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to provide academic leadership to the Department,
initiate, guide, and contribute to basic and applied research programs in line with the Education
5.0 as well as teach any of the following courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels:
sustainable supply chain management, Innovations in procurement and supply, global
sourcing, port management, shipping, and operations management in supply chains. In
addition, the candidate will be expected to coordinate and participate in the supervision of
undergraduate and postgraduate research students. University teaching experience is an
added advantage
CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
