- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with at least an Upper Second Class (2.1) pass from a recognized institution and a Master’s Degree in Accounting.
- A professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA will be a distinct advantage.
- A PhD in this field is an added advantage.
- The candidate must have at least 2 years lecturing experience at tertiary institution level with a clear record of successful research, publications and supervision of students at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.
