Job Title: Lecturer in Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Lecturer with expertise in Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy to teach students at various levels. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cosmetology, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to design and deliver engaging lesson plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy to students at various levels.
• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Develop and maintain a positive learning environment
• Perform other administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
• At least five ‘O’ levels including English Language.
-Higher National Diploma (HND) or Diploma in Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy or a related field (e.g., ITEC)
• Experience in cosmetology/beauty industry (2-5 years)
• Experience in teaching or training, either formally or informally
• Strong knowledge of beauty therapy and hair techniques and products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to design and deliver engaging lesson plans.
