LEARNING PRODUCT MANAGER

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a market leader in the agriculture sector, for a self-starter Learning Product Manager to lead the design, development and execution of their learning strategy.

KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Five+ years’ experience in learning design, community-based education or agriculture extension
• Exposure to digital learning platforms, mobile learning, or edtech projects
• Demonstrable passion for farmer development, rural transformation, and scalable education models
• Self-starter who can bridge education, technology and field operations
• Fluency in local language Ndebele or Shona and excellent communications skills in English are mandatory
