Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and supervise topographic, cadastral, and construction site surveys
• Perform setting out for buildings, roads, and civil infrastructure works
• Use modern surveying equipment such as GPS, Total Stations, drones, and theodolites to collect and verify data
• Prepare and interpret survey drawings, maps, and technical reports
• Ensure accurate site layouts, boundaries, and levels in accordance with engineering designs
• Monitor site progress and provide survey control during construction
• Calculate volumes and quantities for earthworks and materials
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in survey data and site measurements

Requirements

• Degree in Land Surveying or related field
• 9+ years of relevant experience in land surveying within construction, civil engineering, and road projects
• Proficiency in surveying software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other mapping tools
• Strong knowledge of surveying equipment and modern data collection techniques
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Ability to lead survey teams and coordinate site activities
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work outdoors
