POSITION: LABORATORY WASH-UP ATTENDANT
REPORTING TO: MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN
PERIOD: FIVE-YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Key Responsibilities
- Cost effective upkeeping of plants and flowers.
- Collecting laboratory consumables from stores.
- Compiling periodic (daily, weekly and monthly or as needed) wash-up reports for decision making.
- Sanitising the NBSZ laboratory.
- Collaborating with external waste disposal service providers.
- Collecting linen for laundry from laboratory and clinic.
- Sorting waste according to type in line with safety and health recommendations.
- Cleaning and maintaining NBSZ laboratory equipment and utensils in line with health and safety regulations.
- Disposing waste from laboratory interiors to exterior designated waste disposal sites.
Requirements
- A minimum of five ordinary level passes including English Language.
- A hard worker who requires minimal supervision.
- An honest and reliable person.
