Duties And Responsibilities
Assisting the Senior Cook to prepare meals.
Ensuring that the kitchen is clean and tidy.
Maintaining a clean and hygienic bin area.
Assisting in cleaning the restaurant.
Arranging stocks neatly in the pantry.
Qualifications And Experience
Applicants should fulfil the below requirements:
Minimum of five ‘O’ Level passes including English.
HEXCO National Certificate in Professional Cookery/Hospitality or equivalent.
At least 2 years experience in a similar post in the catering industry.
At least 30-40 years old.
