Junior Technical Advisor – Tender and Business Development 

Job Description 
Prepare and draft high-quality proposal documents under the supervision and guidance of the Business Development Manager and Partners to increase revenue and market share.

Key Performance Areas 
• Identifying key risks to business objectives and proposing evaluating & testing controls to identify areas for improvement
• Interpreting and addressing TORs as per assignment
• Managing a multitude of projects and meeting targets and deadlines

Education and Qualifications 
• Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe)/BSc Accounting/ACCA
• Four or more years of external audit experience
• Experience in proposal writing & Risk management an added advantage

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team player
• High level of numeral literacy and analytical skills
• Proven leadership skills and project management skills
