We are a fast-growing recruitment and talent solutions firm looking for energetic Junior Recruitment Consultants to join our Mount Pleasant team. This is a great opportunity for graduates with a business-related degree or diploma who are passionate about Human Resources and interested in sales. You’ll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and the chance to build a career at the intersection of HR and sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the recruitment process: Draft and post job adverts, source candidates, screen CVs, schedule and coordinate interviews, and assist with placements.
• Manage candidate care: Communicate with applicants throughout the recruitment cycle, provide feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Build and manage talent pipelines: Update candidate records, maintain recruitment databases, and use sourcing tools to grow our networks of potential hires.
• Assist with client engagement: Help prepare proposals, attend client meetings with senior consultants, follow up on leads, and support in building lasting relationships.
• Contribute to sales and business development: Research potential clients, assist in preparing presentations, and support sales campaigns.
• Support HR-related projects: Help with onboarding coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and HR administrative tasks.
• Assist with marketing and employer branding: Share job opportunities on social media, draft recruitment content, and help raise brand visibility.
