Applications are invited from suitably qualified, experienced, self-driven and results oriented individuals, to fill the above position within the ZIMBABWE WOMEN’S MICROFINANCE BANK
The success., candidate will be responsible for providing support to the bank hardware environment, including servers, machines, virtualisation, and operating systems improving the whole ICT environment and setup for the Bank.
Duties And Responsibilities
• installing, support and optimise operating environments and infrastructure
• Install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, services, settings,
• Monitoring these operating environments and responding effectively and speedily to any problems.
• Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated, approaches for system administration tasks.
• Actively perform system monitoring, verifying the availability and integrity of all servers
• Providing training support.
• Ensuring operating environments stay safe and secure.
• Assist in hardware procurement and specifications checking and verification
• System Day-End and Month- end runs
• Tests all changes to network, hardware, software, and hosted applications
• Monitors service delivery compliance to budget, quality standards and customer stakeholder requirements
• Work with various vendors and service providers to ensure productive environment
• Maintain a good working knowledge of current infrastructure and future trends
Qualifications And Experience
• Tertiary degree in computer science or related
• Professional industry certifications MCSE/MSCA
• 2+Years working experience certifications MCSE/MSCA
• OFFICE 365 \Azure implementation \administration\trouble shooting
• System Centre Suite (DPM \VMM \SCOM \SCCM \experience \skills
• Infrastructure security (Firewalls\Sophos)
• SAN Storage Solutions (NetApp, Eqalogic)
