Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of HR laws, excellent communication, and proficiency in HR software (BELINA).
- Strong ethics, ability to work independently or in teams, and skills in building client relationships.
