The Role

 

We’re looking for a Junior Full Stack Engineer to help us continue building and improving our platform. You’ll work across the stack — from backend APIs to front-end interfaces — while learning to ship production-quality code in a real-world environment. If you’re comfortable with any backend programming language (e.g. Python, Node.js, PHP, or C#) and confident in JavaScript and TailwindCSS, you’ll fit right in. We’ll help you get up to
speed with Ruby on Rails, which powers most of our platform.

 

Responsibilities

 

Build and maintain features for the AIVIR platform
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code in Ruby on Rails (training provided)
Implement modern, responsive UIs using Hotwire (Turbo + Stimulus) and TailwindCSS
Integrate APIs for AI, WhatsApp, and telephony systems
Collaborate on architecture and design decisions
Debug and optimize performance in production environments
Our Stack
We exclusively use Ruby on Rails and Hotwire. We believe in simplicity to get things done
without over engineering
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, (or equivalent work
experience).
1–2 years experience (or strong personal projects)
Solid understanding of any backend programming language
Confident with JavaScript and TailwindCSS
Curious, self-directed, and comfortable working remotely
Eager to learn Ruby on Rails and modern web development patterns
Bonus: exposure to telephony systems, AI/LLM APIs, or WhatsApp automation
