- IT support and troubleshooting.
- Supporting Sales and Marketing Activities.
- Basic Networking and Network Troubleshooting.
- User Support and System Maintainance.
- Printer, Email, and Workstation Setup.
- Assisting with system configurations and updates.
- Following up on Customer inquiries and Support Requests.
- Promoting Company Products and Services to Potential Clients.
- Representing the Company Professionally During Meetings and Field Visits.
- Interest in both IT and Business Development/ Sales.
Requirements
- Studying Towards a Qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or Related Field.
- Basic Understanding of Networking and Computer Systems.
- Good Problem-Solving and Communication Skills.
