• Recording maintenance tasks and repairs

• Keeping an inventory of IT equipment

• Preparing short weekly reports on tasks completed

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

 

• Studying Information Technology or a related field.

• Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts.

• Willingness to learn and support day-to-day ICT tasks.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot simple IT problems.

• Preparation of fliers and video creation.

• Professional conduct, reliability, and commitment to completing assigned duties.
