Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.

Troubleshoot system and network problems

Duties And Responsibilities
– Attending to user queries and interface problems
– Conducting Hardware and Software maintenance
– Data capturing
– Managing user accounts
– Setting up peripherals i.e Printers and Routers
Qualifications And Experience
-5 Olevel passes including Mathematics and English
– 3 A level passes
– A first class or upper second degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science
– A+ Certification or equivalent experience
– A valid class 4 drivers licence is a must
– 3 years traceable working experience in network devices/firewalls/Azure/O365
