• Suggest hosting solutions adapted to the customer’s needs
• Set up web hosting accounts for customers
• Manage, register, and transfer domain names and manage DNS entries
• Troubleshoot email and web hosting issues
• Provide technical assistance to customers
Qualifications And Experience

• A diploma or degree in an IT related programme
• Web designing knowledge an added advantage
