Key Duties

Help fix tech problems and support the IT team

Set up software and hardware for users

Visit clients to help fix system issues

Work on tech upgrades and updates

Keep IT tools and stock in order

Write simple reports and notes for the IT team

Support teams with their tech needs

Talk to clients about their tech needs

Help sell and explain IT tools and services

Join client meetings and give demos (must know how to drive a manual car)
Who Can Apply?

Diploma or degree in IT, Business, or Marketing

Some hands-on IT support experience (class work or internship)

Knows how sales and tech work together

Good at solving tech problems

Must have a clean driver’s license and know how to drive a manual car

Friendly, organized, and ready to learn

Can speak to both tech and non-tech people
