IT AND GRAPHICS DESIGNER OFFICER – Headhunters International

Key Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting, and user assistance
• Maintains computer systems, networks, software, and peripherals
• Installs and updates hardware, operating systems, and applications
• Designs marketing and corporate graphics for print and digital platforms
• Creates social media visuals, promotional materials, presentations, and brand assets
• Ensures brand consistency across all visual communication materials
• Coordinates with marketing and other departments on design and IT requirements
• Monitors system performance and reports technical issues and resolutions
• Maintains backups, digital asset libraries, and documentation
• Supports website, email, and digital content updates where required

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in IT support and/or graphic design roles
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, or Canva
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting
• Experience supporting users, printers, office applications, and internet connectivity
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media content requirements
• Good visual design, layout, typography, and branding skills
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Photography, videography, website maintenance, and basic video editing skills are added advantages
