Interested suppliers should submit and comply with the following minimum requirements;
- Application letter
- Certified copy of the certificate of incorporation
- Certified copy of the latest CR14 certificate
- Copy of VAT Registration Certificate (if VAT registered)
- Current TAX clearance certificate
- Current registration with City of Harare or Bulawayo Fire Brigade and FPIB (for Fire Fighting Equipment Service Providers)
- Valid operating license from NSSA(for lifts installers)
- Current membership registration certificate with CIFOZ or ZABC (for all General Building Contractors)

Alternatively, Applications can be hand delivered to MIPF’s Harare or Bulawayo Offices in a sealed envelope and should reach the Fund on or before 15th November 2024. Applications should be clearly marked "MIPF 2025 Supplier Registration" and clearly highlight the Supplier's area of specialisation.
