Duties And Responsibilities

• Monitors and maintains current inventory levels
• Receive and record new stock as it’s delivered or shipped out
• Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
• Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability
• Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity
discrepancies between stock and records
• Reconciling inventory movements
• Coordinating deliveries.
• Making follow-ups on any variances and making sure they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Records purchases,daily deliveries, and maintains database
• Performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated
reports.
• Conducts regular spot-checks of inventory levels and reports findings

Qualifications And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in accounting

At Least 1-year of experience in a similar position
Knowledge of inventory control methods and techniques
