🧾 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support data entry and financial record-keeping

Process payments and ensure proper authorization

Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash tracking

Help prepare financial reports and statements

Maintain and organize accounting files and documents

Participate in internal audits by compiling supporting records

Use accounting software for daily transactions

Handle additional administrative and accounting duties as assigned
🎓 REQUIREMENTS

Currently pursuing a BSc Honours in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software

Excellent numerical accuracy and analytical thinking

Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Ability to manage confidential financial data with integrity
