Generating import transactions and capturing acquittals of bills of entry in CEBAS. Providing exchange control advisory to the Bank and its clients.
Duties And Responsibilities
-Responsible for generating import transactions in CEBAS system
-Exchange Control import document administration
-Preparing Exchange Control returns
-Preparing all export declaration forms for exporters
-Capturing acquittals in the RBZ CEPECS system
-Processing of Incoming payments
-Ensuring all import and export payments are in compliance with the relevant
Exchange Control regulations
-Capturing acquittals of bills of entry in CEBAS
-Capturing TT payments in SWIFT
-Preparing International trade finance instruments
-Providing Exchange Control advisory to the Bank and its clients
Qualifications And Experience
– Degree in Banking and Finance or Business related
– At least 3 years’ experience in International Banking
– IOBZ diploma will be an added advantage
