Zimbabwe Consolidated Diamond Company (Pvt) Ltd (ZCDC), a Diamond Producer for the long-term benefit of Zimbabwe seeks applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and self-driven candidates to be considered for the above position that has arisen in the business.
Reporting to the ICT Manager, the job is based at our Head Office in Harare.
DUTIES
Providing 1st Level SAP Support. Escalating SAP issues to 2nd and 3rd Level Support teams.
Delivering SAP solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
Managing SAP super user training.
SAP System Performance Optimization.
Facilitating ongoing system & process enhancements and utilization.
Participating in projects or leading IT implementation projects.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance or equivalent.
SAP Certification is preferred.
At least3 years of SAP technical and functional experience.
Ability to work independently.
Sound knowledge of SHEQ Management Systems.
