Tsapo Group of Companies is a fast-growing organisation in the motor industry and is seeking to employ the services of an Internal Auditor whose duties and responsibilities, qualifications and experience are stated below.
Duties And Responsibilities
1. Monitor the audit system to ensure its efficient and effective.
2. Conduct risk assessment and advises management and the board mitigating strategies.
3. Monitoring internal control systems to ensure compliance with company’s policies and procedures.
4. Evaluate the system and identify appropriate and adequate controls and recommends updates and reviews on procedures.
5. Develops and take part in the organisation’s strategy formulation.
Qualifications And Experience
1. A degree in Accounting or Audit related field.
2. Must be a Chartered Auditor.
3. Professional qualifications like ACCA is an added advantage.
4. Must have at least 5 years’ experience in Audit.
5. Must have strong analytical skills.
