JOB DESCRIPTION
Multi-Pay Solutions Private Limited is an organisation providing financial services management consulting, project management and outsource services. We are seeking suitably qualified individuals to fill the following position.
SUMMARY
Provide operational support for implementation of effective Mobile Financial Services (MFS) processes for Multi-pay Solutions in functional areas, which include mobile banking support, EVD product support and bill payments support.
DUTIES
Mobile Banking support – user acceptance testing, drafting processes, monitoring product usage and trends, monitoring the open workstreams log.
EVD Product Support – daily monitoring of performance and stock levels, invoicing and payments, loading of stock, query handling.
Bill Payment service support – processing applications, daily and monthly report distribution, query handling, invoicing and payments for pre-paid bills.
Stock monitoring and replenishment: EVD, VAG and Mobile Airtime
SLA monitoring and assisting branches with EcoCash
UATs and pilot sessions for on-going projects and new products/service providers
Product support in general – user acceptance testing, drafting processes, monitoring product usage and trends, monitoring the open workstreams log.
General: Risk, SLA and any other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Studying towards a degree in Information Systems / Business Management or equivalent.
