A well-established organisation in the financial services sector is looking for self-motivated and organised Insurance Agents. The position will be based in the below listed District Offices in Harare. The successful incumbents will be responsible for coordinating all the operations of the District Office. We prefer candidates who have at least one year of experience in insurance or sales. The ideal applicant should have a clear criminal record and should be resident in the District area applied for. Successful candidates should be organised, self-motivated, and proactive persons in problem-solving. Training will provided.We are hiring candidates from the following Districts:

Marlborough, Mt. Pleasant, Borrowdale, Belvedere, Mabvuku, Tafara, Hatfield, Waterfalls.

Rowan Martin, Remebrance, Mbare Hostels, Highfield West, Highfield South, Glen View, Budiriro 1, Mufakose, Dzivarasekwa, Warren Park, Mabelreign

 Duties and Responsibilities:

·          Familiarising  with the company’s mission, vision, and goals

·          Delegating tasks to  Brand Ambassadors and coordinating operations of the District Office

·          General administrative tasks

·          Determining the specific needs of particular clients and issuing policy documents

·          Answering questions related to the products

·          Assisting customers by providing in-store support and responding to queries

·          Educating potential customers about the products

·          Encouraging existing customers to increase services

·          Contributing to business growth

·          Meeting and exceeding sales goals

Insurance Agent Requirements and Qualifications:

·          A-level is a minimum requirement

·          Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field (advantageous)

·          Prior experience in a customer service environment

·          Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·          Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality

·          Adaptable with the ability to prioritise tasks

·          Well groomed

·          Prior sales experience a plus

·          Insurance knowledge /Experience will be an added advantage
