We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Insurance Administrator to join our microfinance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing insurance operations while actively promoting and selling short-term insurance products to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client insurance applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and filing of insurance contracts.
  • Assist clients with claim submissions and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with insurers to track claim progress and resolve queries.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements
