Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with corporate ICT policies, standards, and procedures.

Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar ICT role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and collaboration platforms.
- Experience in systems administration, networking, database administration, and technical support.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, SAGE, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Understanding of cybersecurity, AI technologies, and emerging ICT trends.
- Experience with Cisco networking equipment, routers, and satellite connectivity.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- NGO or development sector experience will be an added advantage.
