Key Responsibilities
- Design, install, and maintain the organization’s hardware, software, servers, and network architecture (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi), ensuring reliable multi-branch connectivity and minimal downtime.
- Ensure IT systems meet data protection laws and company policies.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for staff technical issues (hardware, software, access permissions) and conduct training sessions to onboard employees on new tools and systems.
- IT planning by recommending upgrades or new systems, rolling out new software versions.
- Maintenance and upgrade of the interactive portal.

- A minimum qualification of a degree in Data Science.
