Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain desktop computers, software, printers, peripherals and other ICT equipment.
- Provide first-line technical support to Council staff across departments.
- Monitor and maintain the Council’s Local Area Network (LAN) and internet connectivity.
- Database maintenance including back ups and basic trouble shooting.
- Maintain and update ICT asset registers and documentation.
- Maintenance of the Council’s ERP system, website, email systems and communication platforms.
- Install, configure and maintain VoIP phone.
Requirements
- 5 O’ Level including Mathematics and English.
- Must have a National Diploma in Information Technology.
- At least two (2) years experience working in related field.
- Working knowledge of PROMUN, SAGE or LADS is an added advantage.
